Since so many centuries these Artists are looking for challenges and new frontiers in order to get better surgical results. Many technical options came in like microscopes – endoscopes – drills – micro instruments – navigation systems – 3D etc ..

Many new surgical approaches were discovered and identified and finally teaching Art was improved by more precise international congresses , books ,videos etc ..

Since a few years a new development of teaching became officially more popular : cadaver hands on courses . FRIENDS surgical courses was born april 2009 with his first cadaver hands on course.
